I appreciate you(s).
My friends (and family) have been really great. They’ve done and said things that have really kept me going, probably without realizing how much it means to me:
- The number one winner: How they get worried instead of seeing it as a good thing when they realize I’ve lost weight.
- The tough love: Telling me NO to my face when I want to give up - because they know I can do it.
- Helping me get things done: No, not doing it for me - but knowing that I’m struggling to get things done (i.e. editing. garrrgh.) they help me through it by simply telling me what to do when I tell them I don’t know.
- Putting it in action: My amazing PLUS is, I think, super considerate in choosing what they eat around me, encouraging me by really showing me that we’re in this together. Letting me pick what we eat, helping me out with diet/training advice, and of course, one of my best friends training me is a pure blessing from God.
You guys know who you are, and I love you all because you’re more concerned about my health and stress rather than how I look. I really do appreciate you guys for all the encouragement, running along right next to me cheering for me.
